Getting Started

New to Olive MFB? Here's how to begin

Open account: Visit any branch with ID, BVN, passport photo, utility bill. Start online at olivemfb.com/open-account
Account types: Savings (₦1,000 min), Current (₦5,000 min), Business Accounts with different benefits.
Mobile app: Download 'Olive MFB' from Play Store or App Store. Log in with account number.
First login: Use account number as username and temporary password sent to your email/phone.

Accounts

Manage your accounts

Check balance: Use mobile app, dial *445*0#, visit branch, or use any ATM.
Update info: Visit nearest branch with valid ID to update phone number, address, or details.
Close account: Visit any branch with ID and debit card. Ensure all transactions are cleared.
Statements: Request at any branch or download from internet banking. Fee applies for printed.

Cards

Debit card support

Order new card: Visit any branch for instant card (5 mins) or custom card (24-48 hrs).
Lost/stolen: Block via mobile app or call 01-234-5678. Visit branch for replacement.
Activate card: New cards activated at branch. Follow SMS instructions for replacements.
Change PIN: Use any ATM. Select 'PIN Change' and follow prompts.

Loans

Loan applications and management

Apply: Visit any branch with ID, 6 months statements, proof of income, and utility bill.
Check status: Inquire at branch or call customer service with application reference number.
Repayment: Pay at any branch, via mobile app, or set up automatic deductions.
Calculator: Ask branch officer to calculate estimated monthly payments.

Digital Banking

Mobile app and internet banking

Mobile app: Download from Play Store or App Store. Log in with account number.
Internet banking: Visit olivemfb.com, click 'Internet Banking', log in with account number.
USSD codes: Dial *966# to check balance, transfer, buy airtime, pay bills without internet.
Troubleshooting: Use 'Forgot Password' on app. Still stuck? Call 01-234-5678.

Security

Keep your account safe

Security tips: Never share PIN/password. Use strong passwords. Enable alerts. Shield PIN at ATMs.
Report fraud: Call 01-234-5678 immediately or email fraud@olivemfb.com.
Change password: Update regularly through mobile app or internet banking settings.
Two-factor auth: Enable 2FA in app settings for extra security on transactions.
